<p>The hockey tournament schedule for Paris 2024, which will take place from July 27 to August 9, was revealed by President Thomas Bach of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and President Tayyab Ikram of the International Hockey Federation (FIH).</p>

<p>The XXXIII Olympiad hockey competitions will take place in the historic Yves-du-Manoir Stadium in Colombes, close to Paris, which hosted the Olympic Games in 1924. The goal of winning the highly sought-after Olympic medals will be achieved by 12 men’s and 12 women’s national teams, including the Dutch women and Belgian men who are the current gold medal winners from the Olympic Games in Tokyo 2020.</p>
<p>The Paris 2024 hockey competitions for men and women will begin on July 27. Great Britain vs. Spain in the men’s Pool A game in Paris 2024 will be an all-European contest starting at 10:00 CEST. The women’s tournament will get underway the same evening at 19:45 CEST, with Argentina, the silver medalists from Tokyo 2020, taking on the USA in the women’s Pool B match in an attempt to go further this time.</p>
<p>Both events’ pool rounds run until August 3rd, after which the knockout stages begin on August 4th. The medal games for the men’s and women’s hockey tournaments at Paris 2024 will take place on August 8 and August 9, respectively.</p>
<p>Earlier Monday, tickets for the Paris 2024 hockey competitions went on sale.</p>
<p>Men’s hockey was first played at the Olympic Games in London in 1908, and it will be played for the 25th time at the Olympics in Paris in 2024. Women’s hockey debuted at the Olympic Games in Moscow in 1980, and it will be played for the 12th time in a row in Paris in 2024.</p>
