Similar to this, the average cost of land in Ayodhya City has increased, going from Rs 1,000–2,000 per square foot in 2019 to Rs 4,000–6,000 per square foot at this time.</p>
<p>Abhinandan Lodha House plans to start building a 25-acre residential plot development project in Ayodhya in January. Well-known hotel chains like Taj and Radisson want to buy property here as well. Ayodhya has also attracted everyone’s attention due to its upgraded infrastructure and government initiatives to make the city a major worldwide religious center, especially in light of the Ram Temple. Ayodhya’s religious significance has led investors to see the city as the most lucrative location for real estate investment.</p>
