“IPL Mein Comeback”: Hardik Pandya’s training video causes a stir on the internet

<p>All-around player Hardik Pandya of the Indian cricket team has been the focus of a lot of conjecture lately over his health. Pandya sustained an ankle injury during the match against Bangladesh, which forced him to withdraw halfway through the 2023 Cricket World Cup. Due to the injury, he was unable to participate in the South Africa trip as well. According to some sources, he may not even be able to play for his country in the Indian Premier League (IPL) in 2024.</p>

<p>Fans did, however, get a surprise for the new year when the cricket player shared a video of himself working out at the gym on social media.</p>
<p>“Progress, everyday” is the caption that will excite supporters of the Indian cricket squad. The video showed Pandya engaging in a variety of exercises during a strenuous workout.</p>
<p>Pandya accomplished a spectacular switch to the Mumbai Indians from the Gujarat Titans before of the IPL 2024 auction, and he was named the team’s captain for the next campaign. The all-rounder took over for India captain Rohit Sharma, who had captained the Mumbai Indians for the previous ten IPL seasons.</p>
<p>Pandya amassed 833 runs at an average of 37.86 and a strike rate of over 133 in 31 games for the Gujarat Titans in 2022–2023; he also recorded six half-centuries and a career-high score of 87*. In addition, he finished with 11 wickets for the squad, scoring the highest 3/17.</p>
<p>In addition, Pandya participated in 92 MI games between 2015 and 2021, amassing 1,476 runs at an average of 27.33 and a strike rate over 153, including four half-centuries and a career-high score of 91. Along with taking 42 wickets for the squad, he had the best bowling stats (3/20).</p>
<p>Pandya has five IPL titles to his name; he won four with MI in 2015, 2017, 2020, and 2022.</p>
